About Zento

Zento is a delivery service operating in selected areas across Sri Lanka. We allow customers to order everyday essentials and other available products through our platform and have them delivered to their door.

The storefront you are viewing is a preview. Ordering opens first in the Zento mobile app, and these terms apply to both the app and this website once ordering is live. By using Zento, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You need a mobile number to create a Zento account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping access to your phone secure.

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• Use accurate contact and delivery details so our riders can reach you.
• Tell us straight away if you believe someone else is using your account.
• One account per person; do not share accounts or create fake ones.

Orders and acceptance

When you submit an order, it is an offer to buy the items in it. The order is accepted when Zento confirms it and starts picking your items. Until then, we may contact you to confirm or decline it.

Products are subject to availability. If an item runs out, we may offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or remove it and adjust the total. We will tell you about any change that affects the amount you pay.

We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or suspend an account where we have a reasonable reason, such as suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or abuse of our riders and staff.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Product prices, delivery fees, and any service charges are shown before you pay. Prices and availability can change without notice, but the amount you confirm at checkout is the amount we charge for that order.

We may offer promotions, vouchers, or loyalty points from time to time. Their rules are shown with the offer. Unless we say otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if an order is cancelled or found to be abusive.

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card number or card security code.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, store delays, and demand can affect them. Our Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, how fees are calculated, and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order before the store starts packing it. Once packing or delivery has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items are covered by our Refund Policy.

Loyalty points earned on an order are reversed if that order is cancelled or refunded, and points redeemed on a cancelled order are returned to your balance.

Acceptable use

Please use Zento lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Use the service for fraud, or provide false information.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger our riders, staff, or other customers.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Resell products bought through Zento without our written permission.

Our content

The Zento name, logo, app, website, and the content we create are owned by Zento or used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written consent. Product names and images belong to their respective brands and stores.

Liability

We take care in preparing and delivering your order, but Zento is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. When we make a material change, we will post the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use Zento after that means you accept the updated terms.
